Fortune Tree
This Guiana Chestnut has a stout stem and bright green leaves. In Chinese culture, Guiana is also rumoured to bring good luck and fortune, and is otherwise referred to as the “Fortune Tree”. To change the common perception of Feng Shui plants, black rocks (formed by mineral bubbles) and ground moss were added as decorative elements, creating an impression of a big tree sitting gracefully on a grassy slope. Fortune Trees and moss have similar growing needs and conditions - low maintenance, can effectively purify indoor air, and absorb harmful gases such as formaldehyde and benzene. This plant is also pet friendly.

光照
・Low to medium light environments are most suitable for plant growth.
・Recommend placing the plant by a window or on a balcony with good ventilation and exposure to light.

溫度
・The optimum temperature for growth is between 20 - 30 degrees.
・Not suitable for growth during the winter months, when temperatures fall below 5 degrees.

水份
・Spring to Autumn is the plant’s optimum growing season. Water the plant only when the soil is completely dried up.
・Winter is the plant’s dormant period, reduce the frequency of watering during this period.
・Spray the moss with water every day to maintain evergreens.

施肥
・Apply slow-release / liquid fertiliser no more than once a month, during Spring and Autumn.
・Avoid fertilising during the Winter and when flowering
