Dialogue

Each project begins with a study of the site or property, learning more about your, your brand, and design ambitions for the project, along with your timescales and budget.

 

Phase 2

Design & Development

With a clearer understanding of your preferences and project, we will then craft customised concepts, interior layouts, and renderings to help realise the scheme of your project; investigating colour schemes, material finishes, furniture styling, and selection of appliances and fixtures.

Tender & Construction

We will proceed to a thorough and comprehensive documentation of construction drawings, advising on and appointing the most suitable contractors and builders according to your custom design and budget. While the construction is executed on-site, we will coordinate with and assist the contractors or builders to ensure that our designs are not compromised.

Additional Services

An added service where we define purchases required to match the scheme of your project. Recommendations on retailers and suppliers will also be provided with a procurement service at an additional charge.

 

Phase 5

Handover

As the construction concludes, we will visit the site for inspection and prepare for a schedule of defects if required.

* If damages are found following the completion of the project, we will suggest remedies for such defects through our network of contractors and builders.
