VIJU is a blend of Nordic minimalist artistry and the original architectural frame, crafting a sustainable and harmonious modern abode for a trio. Through our meticulous attention to detail, we shape a living space that embodies both comfort and practicality, where form and function harmonise seamlessly.

In the open expanse of the living and dining space, we have enriched the TV wall and entryway shoe cabinet with added depth, heightening the storage capacity. A straightened horizontal line imbues the space with a sense of unity and order, yet beyond the sofa lies a realm of versatility. Three seamless oak panels form a sliding door, which can be opened to reveal a sanctuary of repose. Here, you will find a full-height cabinet, perfect for storing all your cherished belongings, a cozy lounge chair that invites relaxation, and a hidden bed, ready to provide a peaceful slumber. With the door closed, the living space takes on a streamlined and harmonious appearance, but with it opened, this domain becomes a private refuge for the homeowner or a haven for guests. The dining and kitchen are also separated by double doors of semi-transparent, striated glass, which expand the perception of public space.

The design's essence lies in its connection with the outdoors.Light-hued oak adorns the storage space's decorative wall panels, complemented by St Leo's offwhite paint. Natural light filters through the open space, mingling with the gentle flow of air from the terrace. The ocean breeze drifts through every nook and cranny, forging an intimate connection with nature. The layout of this abode speaks volumes of the homeowner and children's needs.

Across from the master bedroom, a study is crafted to partition the work and rest areas, while the children's room is nestled at the back of the space, with a sizeable play and reading area, tailored to their growth.

This dwelling is a testament to harmonious and sustainable living, tailored to meet theever-changing needs of its inhabitants, a true sanctuary for the senses.

The dining and kitchen are also separated by double doors of semi-transparent, striated glass, which expand the perception of public space.
