The owners of the home, a newly engaged couple, requested for a sunset themed apartment, who are firm believes that the simplest pleasures in life derive from the beauty of nature.

Keeping in line with the requested sunset theme, we went with materials that had a natural finish, such as the beige toned walls and cabinetry, timber furnishings, and the tropical plants in rattan baskets which add to the overall, exotic, beach-like vibe of the home. The living was also remodelled to invite natural light into the home, igniting a soft glow with the space when pared with the warm backdrop.

To us, the art of living had always lied in the flexibility of spaces. We tend not to overly plan a home, using less of fixed furnishings and more on loose pieces, which help add to the stories in our lives.
