JAAR is an exploration of inner city living and working through a contoured design narrative that balances intimacy and social generosity. Currently home to a young couple, this one-planned apartment is tailored to the lifestyle of the clients, who favoured a space that provided to the remote nature of their occupation.
Privacy between every zone is maintained through the placement of curved walls and doors, where the sight-line is naturally restricted. Every corner of the home offer expansive views into its surrounding environment, performing as a reminder of the shelter and deep comfort the home provides.
